Role Description Volatile Raw Materials and Specialties for manufacturers of Adhesives, Building Chemistry, Coatings, Composites, Lubricants, Polyurethanes & Synthetic Resins. - You provide advice for customers' purchase decisions by being in constant commercial dialogue about the global market- and supply situation and the impact in your customers' region. - You continuously expand your/our share of supply. - You build strong, long-lasting relationships by not just offering “competitive prices” but convincing with our “Information- and supply chain services.” - You drive Business Development by researching the market, discovering new customers, and launching additional products in close cooperation with our New Products Team. - In daily business, you cooperate and guide, but also receive support from your internal partners in Product Management and Inside Sales. - Your customer reports are up to date and highly appreciated! Qualifications - Experience in business with volatile chemical raw materials or specialties for industrial customers is mandatory. - Fluent Business French and English; other languages welcomed. - “Sales-personality” with the format to represent our company at every negotiation level. - Ability to establish trustful relations and find the right words in friendly, but sometimes tough negotiations with customers. - Able to learn and use CRM systems and to understand figures and statistics. - Organized in managing diverse tasks and responsibilities. - Enjoy taking over responsibility with a hands-on personality and willingness to travel (approx. 50%).
