Content Operations Manager – Organic
Empower Life Collective
• Run the day-to-day operation of the organic content engine across YouTube (long-form) and short-form (Shorts, Reels, TikTok), supporting both long and short form end to end • Manage the organic editing team day-to-day: hiring, onboarding, scheduling, deadlines, workflow, and throughput. The Social Media Growth Strategist sets creative standards and direction; you keep the team shipping to those standards on time • Own execution of the organic content calendar and the publishing cadence across all channels • YouTube channel management: uploads, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, cards and end screens, and community • Oversee testimonial video production, from pipeline to publish • Run split testing across YouTube (thumbnails, titles, hooks) and hand clean results back to the Social Media Growth Strategist and the Paid team • Track organic performance, report weekly, and feed winning hooks, themes, and formats back to the Strategist and the Paid team • Coordinate SEO tasks and website hygiene, including blog operations and website consolidation • Coordinate FTC compliance checks across organic content and funnels, and flag legal risk to leadership • Reputation monitoring and response coordination • Drive the quarterly planning cadence and monthly sweeps across the organic org • Coordinate course and content project delivery: timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness • Create SOPs and repeatable workflows so the organic engine runs on reliable systems rather than one-off effort

- Proven experience managing or coordinating a video editing team: hiring, scheduling, deadlines, and quality throughput
- Hands-on YouTube channel management, plus short-form distribution across Shorts, Reels, and TikTok
- Comfortable building SOPs, content calendars, and repeatable production workflows
- Analytics literate: comfortable reading channel and content performance data and acting on it
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website/blog management (preferred)
- Background in info-products, high-ticket coaching, or online education (preferred)
Benefits
- Work from Anywhere: Fully remote position, work from wherever you're most productive
- Flexible Hours: Structure your workday to fit your life while still meeting team needs, overlapping 3 to 4 hours daily with US Eastern Time
- Ongoing Growth: Access to ongoing training, resources, and development opportunities
