Manager FP&A, Finance Worldwide Procurement

Role Description Pratt & Whitney has an immediate remote opportunity within the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Finance organization for a Manager, FP&A Finance-Worldwide Procurement. - Although the position is listed as remote, preference is for the candidate to be located in the East Hartford, Connecticut campus location. - Those located in the East Hartford location will have the opportunity to work a Hybrid based schedule. The Pratt & Whitney (P&W) Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization is a dynamic organization with significant growth challenges over the next 10 years. The organization is currently focused on its sourcing strategy for commercial P&W Pure Power geared turbofan engine and the military F135 Joint Strike Fighter. The combination of these engine programs will result in unprecedented procurement volume. Currently, P&W GSC manages $8B in product spend. In addition, the team manages the annual material overhead (MOH) budget of ~$500m. This position allows for the candidate to have the opportunity of working in a challenging environment and to work well with all levels within the organization. The candidate should also be able to provide a high level of customer support along with a focus on business results. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for the monthly MOH operating expense closing process, monthly MML and OMM including long range planning. - Prepare and support monthly GSC Finance review with senior management. - Provide financial support for supplier contract negotiations, forecasting procurement part cost, and analyzing tactical sourcing decisions. - Join GSC Finance teams in supporting CORE initiatives for continuous improvement. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field required with at least 8+ years of relevant work experience; OR an Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience. - Strong MS Excel & MS PowerPoint. - Strong data analytics skills and interpersonal skills with ability to work with individuals and/or team at all levels. - U.S. Citizenship required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. Requirements - HFM and/or SAP experience. - Organized with strong written and verbal communication.
