• As this group's Principal Software Engineer, you will be the "right-hand" of the engineering leader and part of the org's leadership team. • You will be the organization's problem solver. Not an architecture title you hide behind — a coder who jumps into whichever squad is stuck, ships the hard thing, and moves on. • You will jointly own the Platform Architect responsibilities for C1 Platform Foundation. This is a fast-moving train in a startup environment: the tech we build on changes monthly, the plan changes with it, and you thrive on that. • Show-me mentality — your influence comes from the code you ship, demoed on Fridays like everyone else. • The hardest problems in any squad · platform architecture decisions (event bus, plugin lifecycle, multi-tenancy, RBAC, schema registry) jointly with the engineering leader • Pattern-setting reference implementations • Training up the engineers around you — you raise the whole team's level · unblocking, by writing code, not memos.
• Lead developer role, three specialization tracks. We build voice, desktop, intelligence, and AI combined into a single real-time platform — event-driven, high-throughput, low-latency. • A tech lead here is a player-coach — you write the hardest code in the squad, and you lead it. • You'll build Go services on the event bus, AI/ML services and pipelines, or connector frameworks to CCaaS/CRM/telephony — most engineers here end up touching more than one. • This is a startup environment on a fast train: 1-week sprints, Friday demos, fail fast and move forward. • Services on the event bus (NATS-class) · high-throughput transactional data models and WebSocket backends • Your track's slice — AI/ML pipelines (RAG, streaming inference, eval) or connectors (CCaaS/CTI, CRM, SIP/RTP) or core platform services • Your latency budget · your committed timelines.
• Designing and developing complicated security capabilities to defend against evolving web-based threats, shadow AI, and native desktop data exposure. • Taking ownership of a mission-critical, cloud-native microservice architecture that safeguards millions of workspaces globally, ensuring high availability and reliability. • Developing cutting-edge capabilities for GenAI and AI usage control, integrating our cloud-native backend with browser extensions and OS-level endpoint agents. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Product Management, and Security Experts to rapidly release secure, scalable code multiple times per day.
