Job Description

Content Operations Manager

MM Coaching Limited

Role Description Marriage Reset (MM Coaching Limited) helps men save their marriages through results-oriented online coaching, often succeeding where traditional counselling falls short. In under three years, we've achieved 10x growth and continue expanding rapidly, delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients every day. We're growth-oriented, entrepreneurial, and ambitious. Our culture is built on supporting each team member to exceed their goals and make meaningful contributions to the company's success. This role is the day-to-day operational backbone of our organic content. You will: - Run the content pipeline, manage the organic editing team, and keep YouTube and short-form publishing on cadence. - Own the operational layer that keeps everything reliable, from SEO and compliance to planning and project delivery. - Execute the creative direction set by our Social Media Growth Strategist. Qualifications - 3+ years running content operations, content production, or a YouTube/organic channel in an async, remote-first environment. - Proven experience managing or coordinating a video editing team: hiring, scheduling, deadlines, and quality throughput. - Hands-on YouTube channel management, plus short-form distribution across Shorts, Reels, and TikTok. - Comfortable building SOPs, content calendars, and repeatable production workflows. - Analytics literate: comfortable reading channel and content performance data and acting on it. - Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website/blog management (preferred). - Background in info-products, high-ticket coaching, or online education (preferred). Requirements - Run the day-to-day operation of the organic content engine across YouTube (long-form) and short-form (Shorts, Reels, TikTok). - Manage the organic editing team day-to-day: hiring, onboarding, scheduling, deadlines, workflow, and throughput. - Own execution of the organic content calendar and the publishing cadence across all channels. - YouTube channel management: uploads, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, cards and end screens, and community. - Oversee testimonial video production, from pipeline to publish. - Run split testing across YouTube (thumbnails, titles, hooks) and hand clean results back to the Social Media Growth Strategist and the Paid team. - Track organic performance, report weekly, and feed winning hooks, themes, and formats back to the Strategist and the Paid team. - Coordinate SEO tasks and website hygiene, including blog operations and website consolidation. - Coordinate FTC compliance checks across organic content and funnels, and flag legal risk to leadership. - Reputation monitoring and response coordination. - Drive the quarterly planning cadence and monthly sweeps across the organic org. - Coordinate course and content project delivery: timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness. - Create SOPs and repeatable workflows so the organic engine runs on reliable systems rather than one-off effort. Benefits - Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week). - Compensation: 2,500 to 3,500 USD/month. - Work from Anywhere: Fully remote position, work from wherever you're most productive. - Flexible Hours: Structure your workday to fit your life while still meeting team needs, overlapping 3 to 4 hours daily with US Eastern Time. - Ongoing Growth: Access to ongoing training, resources, and development opportunities. - Ownership & Impact: You won't just fill a role, you'll help run the engine of a company that changes lives every day. - Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with the organic leadership and department leads, with direct influence on how the content engine grows.

Role Description Wirecutter is seeking an editor to lead programming and personalization for our ecommerce initiatives, with a particular emphasis on the Wirecutter Store. You will be the editorial lead for how we talk about the Store — crafting language, frameworks, and campaigns that invite readers in, explain what the Store is, and bring them back during major editorial moments throughout the year. As audience editor for ecommerce, programming, and personalization, you will focus on three core areas: - Messaging, copy, and alignment with stakeholders around big editorial moments. - Audience strategy, lifecycle flows, and personalization rooted in our standards. - Editorial programming and email support that tightly links our journalism to new platforms. This role has the potential to be remote, though New York City–based applicants are preferred. Responsibilities - Drive the voice and editorial quality of Wirecutter Store-related messaging across channels. - Write and line-edit copy for newsletters, lifecycle flows, push, SMS, on-site promos, and Wirecutter Store entry points. - Create messaging frameworks for major Store moments (launches, tentpoles, seasonal pushes). - Partner with marketing to ensure users are engaged at every touchpoint in the lifecycle. - Create and maintain a Store messaging style guide that aligns with Wirecutter's voice and company-wide Store goals. - Contribute to overall Wirecutter newsletters and programming responsibilities. - Work closely with product and data to understand how we are engaging readers across surfaces. - Continuously test and optimize messaging (subject lines, CTAs, timing, sequencing). - Maintain a unified Store messaging and promo calendar. - Work closely with edit leadership and cross-functional teams to design reader journeys. - Perform related work as assigned. - Demonstrate support and understanding of our value of journalistic independence. Qualifications - 5+ years in a newsroom, audience, or editorial marketing role. - Demonstrated experience with email newsletters, lifecycle or CRM programs. - Excellent editorial judgment, line-editing skills, and a strong sense of how to translate rigorous reporting into clear, compelling, and trustworthy copy. - Proven ability to use analytics, A/B testing, and audience insights to inform messaging decisions. Requirements - Comfort working cross-functionally with product, marketing, commerce, data, and creative partners. - Strong organizational and project-management skills. - A deep interest in Wirecutter's mission and a commitment to upholding our standards for independence. Benefits - Annual base pay range: $88,740 USD. - Eligibility for variable pay, such as an annual bonus and restricted stock. - Benefits may include medical, dental and vision benefits, Flexible Spending Accounts (F.S.A.s), a company-matching 401(k) plan, paid vacation, paid sick days, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and professional development programs.
