Job Description
Social Media Automation Specialist
Bionic Talent
Role Description We're looking for a Social Media Automation Specialist who can take our social media presence completely off our plate. Not just scheduling posts, but building a repeatable system: a content engine that turns a handful of source materials (client testimonials, job openings, company updates, industry insights) into a steady, varied, on-brand stream of posts across our channels — with minimal ongoing input from our team. The goal: connect our ATS, Canva, and CRM so that new candidate placements, client wins, testimonials, and job openings automatically become templated, on-brand posts published across our social platforms — with minimal human input once it's live. Qualifications - Have real experience building automations/integrations between business tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom API work) - Are comfortable working with Canva's API or Bulk Create features (or can get up to speed fast) - Have integrated with an ATS or CRM before (even if not the specific ones we use) - Think in systems — you'd rather build something that runs itself than do the manual work every time - Can document and hand off cleanly, since our team will need to maintain this after you're gone - Bonus: experience with recruitment/staffing tech stacks specifically Requirements - Position: Social Media Automation Specialist - Remote Status: Fully Remote - Preferred Location: Pakistan - Working Hours: Flexible - Internal Job ID: 1408
