Role Description We're looking for a mid-level Social Media Manager to own social content for a portfolio of client accounts. You'll plan, create, schedule, and report on social content end to end — developing monthly content calendars, writing copy, producing creative assets, and turning performance data into clear client-facing reports. This is a part-time/contract role suited to someone who can manage multiple brands and deadlines independently. What You'll Do - Content planning: Develop and maintain monthly social content calendars for multiple client accounts, aligned to each client's brand voice, goals, and campaigns - Copy & creative: Write platform-appropriate copy and produce creative assets (graphics, short-form video, stories) for each client - Scheduling: Schedule and publish content across platforms using a social scheduling tool, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery - Reporting: Prepare monthly performance reports for each client, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations to improve results - Community & trends: Monitor accounts for engagement opportunities and flag timely trends or issues to the account team Qualifications - 3–5 years of hands-on social media management experience, ideally in an agency or multi-brand environment - Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across distinct brand voices - Proficiency with design and creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar) - Experience with social scheduling platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer) - Comfort with analytics — pulling platform data, interpreting it, and presenting it clearly to clients - Excellent organization and time management; able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines without close supervision - Working knowledge of current best practices across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X Nice to Have - Experience with paid social or boosting organic content - Short-form video editing and on-trend content production skills - Familiarity with client-facing communication and account management Engagement Details - Part-time or contract; hours flexible based on client load - Fully remote - Compensation commensurate with experience

Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit. - Plan and execute paid social campaigns supporting lodging bookings, seasonal promotions, destination awareness, and travel demand campaigns. - Design audience strategies based on travel intent, geographic feeder markets, seasonal travel trends, and destination interest signals. - Build and launch campaigns in-platform, including audience setup, creative trafficking, budget allocation. - Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and delivery to ensure campaigns meet KPIs and budget expectations. - Analyze campaign data and optimize campaigns in real time to improve performance and efficiency. - Develop regular reporting and insights, highlighting key learnings and actionable recommendations. - Experienced in client-facing communication, delivering clear performance insights, optimization recommendations, and proactive planning for future campaigns and initiatives. - Collaborate with internal teams across other paid media channels, organic social, creative, analytics, and SEO to support integrated marketing strategies. - Support tracking implementation and troubleshooting, including pixel tracking, event setup, and custom conversions. - Identify and execute test-and-learn opportunities such as creative testing, audience experimentation, and new platform features. Should be comfortable implementing in-platform lift studies. - Participate in campaign QA processes to ensure campaigns are launched according to best practices and agency standards. - Stay up to date on paid social platform updates, trends, and emerging opportunities, particularly within the hospitality and travel space. Desired Qualifications: - 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns. - Experience managing campaigns with conversion-focused objectives and measurable performance KPIs. - Familiarity with Meta, TikTok Ads Manager, and other paid social platforms. - Experience supporting campaigns with monthly budgets in the five-figure range preferred. - Experience working with hospitality, travel, tourism, or destination brands (hotels, resorts, tourism boards, or DMOs) is strongly preferred. - Understanding of travel marketing dynamics, including seasonal demand, geographic targeting, and traveler audience segmentation. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into optimizations. - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides for reporting and analysis. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment. - Meta Blueprint and/or Google Analytics certifications are a plus.
