Principal AI Product Manager
TailorMed
• Own the product strategy and roadmap for a new AI product area, building capabilities that streamline workflows and improve the patient medication journey. • Lead 0→1 AI product initiatives that transform complex healthcare workflows and shape how AI is built across TailorMed. • Own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration, using customer insights, product data, and AI performance to drive continuous improvement. • Build intelligent solutions that simplify complex healthcare workflows, from clinical documentation and data capture to submissions, exception handling, and patient communication. • Define success metrics and own product performance, measuring workflow efficiency, AI effectiveness, adoption, and business impact. • Partner with engineering and data teams to translate customer problems into scalable AI products, writing clear requirements and driving execution from concept to delivery. • Collaborate across operations, customer success, clinical, compliance, strategy, and commercial teams to build AI products that solve real customer problems. • Use data and customer insights to shape roadmap priorities, improve AI models, and guide strategic product investment. • Drive the evolution of TailorMed's AI platform, ensuring your product integrates seamlessly into our broader ecosystem and helps define what's next.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of product management experience building healthcare technology, digital health, or enterprise SaaS products.
- Deep expertise in AI product development, including bringing AI-powered products from concept to market.
- Experience building products for complex healthcare provider workflows, such as provider platforms, utilization management, specialty medication access, or workflow automation.
- Builder mindset with a track record of taking products from 0→1, launching MVPs, and scaling successful products.
- Strong product intuition backed by data, with experience using analytics, experimentation, and customer insights to drive decisions.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to translate customer needs into products that deliver measurable business impact.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical, clinical, operational, and commercial teams.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, moving quickly, and thriving in a high-growth startup environment.
- Experience working in Agile environments and shipping products using modern product development practices.
