Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a comparable field. - At least 5 years of hands-on professional background in instructional design. - Minimum of 1 year in a people management or team leadership position, guiding a team of 5 or more FTEs. - Practical exposure to authoring tools including Captivate, Articulate Storyline and RISE, or Evolve for building advanced adaptive learning content. - Familiarity with instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, backward design, e-learning blueprint, design thinking, and interactive learning experiences. - Solid understanding of adult learning theory combined with multimedia design fundamentals. - Strong eye for visual design and layout composition. - Comfort operating within a dynamic and rapidly evolving workplace. - Assured English communication skills at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken, together with attentive listening and clear articulation. - Enthusiasm, drive, a positive outlook, and a "can-do" attitude in the face of challenges. - Capability to juggle multiple projects, set priorities effectively, work with autonomy, and meet strict deadlines. - Track record of being trustworthy, responsive, and client-oriented across all engagements. - Skill to establish rapport and inspire trust and confidence with both clients and coworkers. - Adaptable thinking and agile approach to deliverables, with the ability to shape communication style for different stakeholder groups. - Resilience and the capacity to stay productive under time pressure while managing workload and priorities.
