Role Description We are seeking a motivated Clinical Statistics Intern to join our Clinical Data Sciences team within Trauma & Extremities. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience working with real-world clinical data and exposure to the role of statistics and programming within a healthcare and medical device environment. The intern will work on a defined project (or small number of projects), applying statistical and data programming skills to support analysis of clinical trial or real-world data (e.g., registries), while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities - Support the analysis of clinical data, including clinical trial datasets and/or real-world data sources such as registries - Assist with data preparation, cleaning, and transformation for analysis - Develop and run statistical summaries and exploratory analyses under the guidance of senior statisticians - Contribute to the development of tables, listings, and figures for internal use - Write and maintain basic programs (e.g. SAS, R, or similar tools) to support data processing and analysis - Document methods, assumptions, and outputs in a clear and structured way - Work with internal stakeholders (e.g. clinical, business, or data teams) to understand project goals and requirements - Present findings and progress updates to the team What You Will Gain - Practical experience working with real clinical and healthcare datasets - Exposure to both clinical trial and real-world data (RWE) environments - Understanding of how statistical analysis supports clinical evidence and business decision-making - Experience working in an international, cross-functional team - Mentorship from experienced statisticians and data scientists Qualifications - Currently studying towards a degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field - Strong foundational knowledge of statistical concepts (e.g. distributions, hypothesis testing, regression basics) - Interest in healthcare, clinical research, or medical data Preferred Skills - Experience with data analysis tools such as SAS, R, Python, or similar - Familiarity with working with structured datasets (e.g. Excel, CSV, databases) - Basic programming skills for data manipulation and analysis - Strong attention to detail and data quality - Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Working Approach - The intern will be assigned to a clearly defined project aligned to team priorities - Support and guidance will be provided throughout the internship - Project scope may be adapted based on the intern’s interests and skills Salary information will be provided during the recruitment process. Role Description Provide best-in-class personalized patient services to ensure a positive patient experience in support of Sanofi General Medicines business priorities. The Clinical Educator (CE) is a key field-based member of the Tzield Patient Services team and subject matter expert for Tzield and T1D. Role Description The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for promoting appropriate and/or efficient utilization review of prescription drug claims among BCBSM participating physicians. This position is also responsible for the education of physicians and influencing of prescribing patterns to reduce BCBSM’s drug benefit payout and improve the quality of the benefits as it relates to our members.
