• As an Outbound Customer Advisor you work for the largest sustainable energy company in Europe • Your job is to provide people with the service they deserve • You will call people that showed interest in the service as well as other cold leads and explain the benefits of becoming a customer and how they can conclude a contract • You support them by answering their questions and making the best proposal with your commercial thinking • You provide new customers with good advice and inform them about the products, services and benefits • Your goal is to transform a potential customer into a satisfied new customer through excellent service • Admin tasks related to finalizing contract details
Job Requirements
- Experience in a similar commercial position would be ideal
- Outgoing and friendly personality, determined during conversations to close deals
- Communicate in Flemish/Dutch at bilingual or native level and can express yourself well in English both written and spoken
- Self driven and goal oriented
- You are a go-getter who enjoys working in a dynamic working environment
- Able to listen and be empathetic to understand customers needs
- Good working knowledge of computers, knowledge of CRM systems would be an asset
