Senior Private Client Advisor

Foundation Source

• Work directly with a Director and other seasoned client advisors • Establish and maintain personal contact with clients • Respond to client phone calls and emails ensuring quick resolution to client inquiries • Maintain working knowledge of all FS systems, processes and products • Implement new clients onto FS technology platform • Provide basic technology support • Assist in the development and maintenance of FS Requests and FS Results

Job Requirements

  • Clear and effective communication skills, written and verbal, appropriate for working with ultra-high net-worth individuals
  • Strong client-service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • A strong and proven ability to organize and efficiently handle a high volume of work
  • Demonstrated track record of successful employment in a professional office environment required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience required
  • 7-10 years’ experience delivering relationship and administrative support and exceptional customer service required
