Project Manager – Finance Transformation

Sigma Systems

• Lead planning and execution of Master Data and Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstreams • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans • Drive execution against transformation objectives while managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables • Coordinate activities across Finance, IT, Business Operations, and external partners • Manage cross-functional dependencies and facilitate issue resolution and escalation • Maintain project governance documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, action registers, and executive status reports • Prepare executive-level presentations and provide regular leadership updates on project progress, risks, issues, and decisions • Lead project status meetings and ensure clear communication across stakeholder groups • Partner with Organizational Change Management teams to coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness assessments, and adoption tracking • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring timely decision-making and accountability • Ensure alignment between business objectives, project milestones, and transformation deliverables

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience
  • Proven experience supporting complex Finance Transformation or enterprise business transformation initiatives
  • Strong experience managing multiple cross-functional workstreams in a structured project environment
  • Expertise in project planning, scheduling, dependency management, governance, and milestone tracking
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
  • Experience preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and governance materials
  • Strong risk, issue, and decision management capabilities

Role Description The Kitchen & Bath Designer / Materials Project Coordinator is responsible for creating accurate, functional, and visually compelling kitchen and bathroom remodel designs while coordinating material quotes, purchasing, and supplier communication. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences by producing high-quality 3D renderings that support sales and ensuring materials are ordered accurately and on schedule. Working closely with design consultants, project managers, field supervisors, clients, and suppliers, the successful candidate will ensure every project is properly designed, quoted, and executed from concept through installation. This position requires strong design expertise, exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple remodeling projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Design & Space Planning - Create complete kitchen and bathroom remodel designs using 2020 Design software. - Develop cabinet layouts, floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, and construction documents. - Review and interpret job site measurements to produce accurate, buildable designs. - Design attractive, functional spaces that align with client needs, project scope, and budget. - Revise designs based on client feedback, field conditions, supplier requirements, and project manager recommendations. - Verify design accuracy before materials are quoted, ordered, or installed. - Coordinate design details including cabinetry, countertops, vanities, storage solutions, tile, hardware, fixtures, trim, and related remodeling materials. - Material Quoting & Supplier Coordination - Request and review quotes from cabinet manufacturers, countertop fabricators, plumbing suppliers, tile vendors, and other material providers. - Compare supplier proposals for pricing, specifications, completeness, and lead times. - Communicate with vendors to resolve design questions, pricing discrepancies, product availability, and specifications. - Maintain organized records of customer selections, quotations, specifications, and supplier confirmations. - Ensure all materials align with approved designs, customer selections, and company quality standards. - Material Ordering & Procurement - Place orders for cabinets, countertops, fixtures, tile, hardware, and other remodeling materials with approved suppliers. - Verify dimensions, finishes, accessories, quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules before submitting orders. - Track material orders from purchase through delivery. - Coordinate with project managers to ensure materials arrive on time for installation. - Communicate order updates, delays, backorders, and supplier issues to internal teams. - Minimize costly ordering errors through thorough review of designs, specifications, and purchase documentation. - Collaboration & Communication - Partner closely with design consultants, project managers, production staff, field supervisors, installers, and suppliers throughout each project. - Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal team members. - Participate in design reviews, project handoffs, and coordination meetings. - Proactively identify and resolve design, material, and ordering issues. - Foster a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused work environment.
