• Manage employees throughout their lifecycle (Preboarding, Onboarding, Adaptation, one-on-one meetings, Performance reviews, Exit interviews). • Communicate effectively with Team Leads and Heads of Departments and provide reports on teams. • Create, launch and analyze employee surveys. • Support People & Organization (P&O) projects. • Provide timely and effective resolution of issues raised by managers and team members and offer consultations. • Ensure compliance with P&O procedures and policies and facilitate their automation. • Conduct analytical work and reporting.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience as a People Partner or HRBP.
  • Understanding of P&O processes: Onboarding, Offboarding, Performance Review, Adaptation, etc.
  • Experience supporting teams of 50+ employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization and team management skills.
  • Results-oriented with business acumen and systemic thinking.
  • Strong people-management and mentoring skills.
  • Experience in iGaming is a plus.
