Store Merchandiser

GPM Investments is seeking dependable and detail‑oriented Store (Field) Merchandisers to support merchandising projects across our Phoenix, Arizona and West Texas/El Paso locations. This remote field position focuses on store resets, planogram execution, product placement, and ensuring merchandising standards are met across multiple stores. Pay rate: $16/hr Responsibilities - Complete store resets, planograms (POGs), and merchandising projects across assigned locations - Stock, rotate, and organize products to meet company standards - Move fixtures, materials, and merchandise as needed for resets or store projects - Travel extensively throughout AZ and West Texas/El Paso (including occasional overnight travel) - Maintain clean, organized, and shelf‑ready store areas - Work independently while managing daily/weekly store routes and deadlines - Communicate professionally with store managers and team members in person, by email, and by phone - Use Microsoft Office and mobile apps for reporting, photos, surveys, and merchandising documentation - Uphold GPM safety and merchandising standards at all times Qualifications - Minimum 1 year merchandising experience in a retail environment (required) - Ability to read, understand, and execute planograms (POG) accurately (required) - Valid driver’s license + insured, reliable personal vehicle (required) - Ability to lift/move 30–50 lbs, handle materials, and assist with fixtures - Strong time‑management and organizational skills - Comfortable traveling frequently; flexible with occasional overnight travel - Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to complete tasks on a phone/tablet - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ideal candidates live in West Texas, El Paso TX, or Phoenix AZ
