Role Description This role will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the organization’s technology infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable solutions for identity and access management. - Develop and implement solutions to support the organization’s identity and access technology based on Azure B2C and proprietary policy service. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure that identity and access requirements are incorporated into the design and architecture of software programs. - Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks, tools, and processes to validate the functionality and security of identity and access solutions. - Define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of identity and access management efforts and drive continuous improvement. - Stay abreast of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security best practices, and incorporate relevant advancements into identity and access management processes. - Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and product management, to ensure alignment on identity and access goals and objectives. - Address typical enterprise concerns such as cloud architecture, on-prem integrations, and security best practices. - Performs Additional Responsibilities As Assigned Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience. - 5 years’ experience in identity and access management, software development, or related fields, with a proven track record of success in a technical role. - Minimum one year experience with front-end development frameworks such as Angular and/or React. - Minimum 3 years’ experience with cloud architecture concepts and on-prem integrations, with a strong lean toward Azure. - Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate are preferred. - Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, practices, and tools, including Azure B2C, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML. - In-depth knowledge of security best practices, standards, and compliance requirements. - Strong development skills with Angular and/or React. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. - Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. - Proficiency in Microsoft stack technologies. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
