Role Description The Senior Accessibility Specialist serves as a senior technical resource responsible for advancing accessibility across digital products and experiences while providing day-to-day guidance, oversight, and support to Accessibility Specialists and contract resources. This role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure websites, digital products, and related experiences are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with established accessibility standards and regulatory requirements. Working across design, development, and post-launch phases, the Senior Accessibility Specialist leads complex accessibility audits, supports accessibility strategy and conformance initiatives, provides technical leadership and mentorship, and helps strengthen accessibility standards, processes, documentation, and service offerings. This role serves as a trusted advisor to internal teams and clients while driving continuous improvement across the organization's accessibility practice.
