Role Description We're looking for a detail-oriented, curious, and motivated individual to join The Newviews Agency as a Junior Paid Media Assistant. This is a junior, learning-forward role. You don't need to know everything coming in, but you do need to be eager to grow in paid media, willing to ask questions, and serious about doing the work. You'll be working closely with our Senior Paid Media Strategist, supporting the day-to-day management of active client campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. You'll be learning the tools, the reporting process, and the strategy behind the decisions — and over time, taking on more ownership as your skills develop. What You'll Be Working On - You'll help manage three active client accounts from the start: - A nonprofit organization running awareness and community engagement campaigns - A law firm focused on local lead generation and client acquisition - A creative workspace and hospitality brand targeting corporate teams - Each client has its own goals, audience, and strategy — so you'll get exposure to a range of industries and campaign types early on. Responsibilities - Support weekly reporting for each client, including pulling performance data, checking budget pacing, and flagging anything that needs attention - Help monitor active campaigns to ensure we're staying within approved monthly budgets across platforms - Assist in building and formatting client-facing weekly reports that are clear, accurate, and easy to understand - Work toward and obtain your Google Ads certification through Google Skillshop (required within your first 60 days) - Assist with campaign setup, keyword research, and ad copy review as you grow into the role - Maintain organized campaign notes and documentation across client accounts - Communicate proactively about any issues, questions, or things that seem off Qualifications - Strong attention to detail — accuracy in reporting matters a lot in this role - Comfortable learning new tools and platforms quickly - Organized, responsive, and data-driven - Interest in digital marketing, advertising, or analytics - Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a bonus What You'll Learn This role is designed to build real skills. By the time you're settled in, you'll understand how paid media campaigns are built and managed, how to read performance data and draw conclusions from it, how to communicate results to clients, and how to think strategically about ad spend. Compensation Compensation is project-based and commensurate with experience. Rates are determined per engagement and discussed during the hiring process. Benefits - Portfolio building support - Flexible schedule - Training & development What We Offer - Friendly work environment with flexible scheduling - Portfolio-building support, including case studies and testimonials - Access to agency training resources and professional development workshops - A collaborative, fast-moving team culture - Exposure to diverse industries and client challenges To Apply Send your resume and a short cover letter on why this role interests you.
