Position Overview At Highwire, our Senior Account Executives are more than media pros—they’re tactical leaders, trusted client partners, and collaborative mentors who drive real results. On our FinTech, AdTech, and MarTech teams, you’ll work with some of the most innovative companies shaping digital marketing, advertising technology, marketing platforms, and related sectors. You bring 3–5 years of PR experience in an agency setting, a track record of media success, and the confidence to own campaigns from strategy to execution. You're a skilled communicator, a self-starter, and a relationship-builder who’s ready to take the lead in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. What You’ll Do Client Service & Program Management Lead tactical execution of key PR program elements including media relations, analyst relations, awards, speaking, and content. Manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and budgets. Lead regular client communications, including owning and facilitating weekly PR calls and check-ins. Serve as a reliable, go-to resource for clients, offering strategic counsel—even under high-pressure or reactive circumstances. Develop and present quarterly campaigns and PR plans, incorporating creative themes, industry trends, and thought leadership. Track competitor activity and identify timely opportunities for client commentary and positioning. Participate in media training sessions, developing key messages and handling all session follow-up. Develop budget recommendations and team priority allocations to support client needs. Media & Influencer Relations Own and lead media relations efforts, with strong existing relationships across at least 10 key business, tech, and industry publications relevant to FinTech, AdTech, and MarTech . Consistently develop and deliver proactive, creative pitches that generate coverage and drive results for clients and the agency. Identify emerging media opportunities and trends, sharing insights across teams to inform strategy and spark new ideas. Utilize social and digital channels strategically to amplify earned media and engage with influencer communities. Support and participate in social media influencer campaigns, integrating content and coverage amplification strategies. Measure and report on the ROI of communications activities, using analytics to optimize future efforts. Provide coaching to junior team members to strengthen media relationships and elevate pitching skills. Writing & Content Development Plan and create strategic content as part of both campaigns and broader PR programs. Write and edit a wide range of high-impact materials, including: Press releases, pitches, and Q&As Award submissions and speaking abstracts Contributed articles, blog posts, and executive bios Fact sheets, backgrounders, briefing books, and internal client correspondence Deliver clear, timely, and articulate communication with clients and internal teams. Produce creative, consistent, and media-ready pitches that drive placements. Insights, Analytics & Integration Leverage analytics tools to measure results and refine strategies. Present performance updates and campaign insights clearly and confidently to clients. Collaborate across departments and specialty teams to ensure seamless service integration. Help evaluate and implement AI tools into workflows to increase efficiency, speed, and creativity. Mentorship & Collaboration Mentor junior team members through coaching, feedback, and day-to-day support. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication, shared learning, and creative thinking. Model a respectful, proactive, and professional attitude across all teams, clients, and agency partners. Support strong team dynamics by managing up and down effectively. Agency Engagement & Operations Participate in new business efforts, from research to presentation. Contribute to Highwire’s thought leadership by writing blog posts and engaging with our social channels. Attend and encourage participation in networking events and industry panels. Help identify opportunities for operational or cultural improvements and share ideas with leadership. Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of PR/communications experience in an agency setting (required)
  • Background in
  • FinTech, AdTech, or MarTech sectors
  • , including payments, marketing technology, ad platforms, or digital marketing solutions
  • Demonstrated success in developing media relationships and securing impactful placements
  • Strong writing and editing skills across a variety of formats and audiences
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and leading day-to-day client work
  • Comfort with data, analytics, and ROI reporting
  • A growth mindset, collaborative spirit, and desire to lead within a team environment

Role Description Au sein de l'Unité Gestion Financière des Marchés (UGFM) en tant que chargé de gestion financière des marchés, vous aurez pour mission d'assurer le suivi administratif et financier d'un portefeuille de marchés publics, en lien étroit avec les responsables d'opération des différents services de la DiRIF et le centre de gestion financière (CGF). Vous veillerez au respect du cadre réglementaire applicable à la commande publique et aux règles comptables en vigueur. - Gestion administrative et financière des marchés publics : - Constituer, organiser et mettre à jour les dossiers de marchés attribués, tant sur le réseau partagé que dans le logiciel ministériel GEMME. - Saisir dans GEMME l'ensemble des actes contractuels liés à la vie du marché : acte d'engagement, avenants, déclarations ou modifications des actes de sous-traitance, garantie, etc. - Suivre l'exécution financière des marchés : avance, états d'acompte, DC4, solde et décompte général définitif. - Tenir à jour les tableaux de suivi interne afin de garantir une vision actualisée de l'état d'avancement des marchés. - Contrôler et transmettre les pièces justificatives requises au CGF dans le cadre des demandes de paiement, en appliquant les règles de qualité et de conformité de la commande publique. - Production des états d'acomptes : - Vérifier les projets de décompte déposés par les entreprises. - Etablir les états d'acomptes (EA) correspondants dans l'outil GEMME : prestations, variation, avance, TVA, pénalités. - Contrôler les EA, « dossiers de paiement » et « certificat pour paiement », extraits de l'outil. - Suivre le circuit de validation des EA, en lien avec les responsables d'opération. - Transmettre les demandes de paiement au CGF avec l'ensemble des pièces justificatives via fiche COM (Chorus Formulaires « Nouvelle Communication »). - Assurer un suivi rigoureux des retours du CGF, notamment sur les fiches COM dans Chorus Formulaires. Qualifications - Utilisation de suite bureautique et notamment des tableurs excel. - Méthode. - Connaissance des logiciels de marchés publics : GEMME, outil d'exécution financière des marchés publics du ministère (formation interne et accompagnement prévus). - Connaissance des finances publiques et de la comptabilité publique, notamment appliquée aux opérations routières. - Connaissance des directives internes de l'administration centrale et des règles de comptabilité. - Rigueur. - Capacité à travailler en équipe. - Savoir rendre compte. - Autonomie. Requirements Il n'est pas attendu du candidat de détenir toutes ces compétences.
