Job Description
Sales Development Representative – Outbound Emails
Trialfacts
• Research the contact. Read a researcher's published work or a sponsor's pipeline and find the specific, true detail that makes a cold email worth opening. • Write the email. Write the first email and the follow-ups: short, clear, persuasive, typo-free, and genuinely about the person receiving it. • Run the channel. Build and run the sequences in our sending platform, control who receives what, and manage how much goes out. • Handle the replies. Read incoming replies, respond well, book the intro call where there's interest, and hand qualified conversations to the closers. • Use AI tools to research faster and write better while keeping the email personal and accurate. • Test and improve. Run split tests, try new campaigns, read the results, and double down on what lifts reply and booking rates.
Job Requirements
- Have 2+ years as an outbound sales development representative, owning the outreach yourself: researching contacts, writing the messages, running the sequences, and handling the replies
- Are a genuinely strong writer who can make a short cold email land with a busy expert, and take pride in the writing rather than treating it as filler around the dialler
- Research each contact and find the specific detail that earns a reply, instead of merging a name into a template
- Already use AI tools in your outreach and want to push them further
Benefits
- 100% remote, work from anywhere, no location restrictions
- No time tracker, no fixed schedule. We measure results, not hours.
- Unlimited paid leave, no approval process, plus a company-wide December closure
- TailorFit Wellness Fund covering physical, mental, emotional, social, and professional wellbeing
- 17 weeks parental leave at 50% pay
- Equipment support and company-paid training
