Role Description We are seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Consultant / Solution Lead to support the delivery of a modern enterprise learning platform. This opportunity will suit professionals with experience delivering LMS platforms, HR system integrations and digital learning solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to provide a scalable, user-friendly platform that supports learning, reporting, performance management and workforce development across a complex organisational environment. Key Responsibilities - Lead the implementation and configuration of a Learning Management System solution. - Deliver integrations between the LMS and enterprise systems, including HR and reporting platforms. - Support learner management, learning program administration, reporting and record management capabilities. - Configure multi-tenant environments and support data sharing across multiple stakeholder groups. - Implement AI-enabled functionality and user-focused learning experiences. - Provide advice on system optimisation, user adoption and ongoing platform enhancements. - Manage stakeholder engagements and gather business requirements. - Develop implementation plans, solution documentation and delivery reporting. - Support testing, deployment and transition activities. - Provide technical guidance and training to key stakeholders and administrators. Qualifications - Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting enterprise Learning Management Systems. - Strong experience integrating LMS platforms with HR, reporting or workforce management systems. - Experience delivering cloud-based, scalable and user-friendly digital learning solutions. - Knowledge of learner record management, reporting, analytics and performance management processes. - Experience working with multi-tenant solutions, data sharing environments and complex stakeholder groups. - Strong stakeholder engagement, business analysis and requirements gathering skills. Requirements - Commencement: October 2026. - Remote working arrangement. - Current AGSVA Baseline required. - Australian Citizenship required.
