If you want to use your persuasive talents to boost sales while enjoying the flexibility of working from home, this could be the perfect fit. We are seeking a Remote Inside Sales Representative (Italian-Speaking) to join our successful sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing cutting-edge solutions to prospects in the Italian market and converting leads into long-term clients. Relocating to Portugal? We gladly accept applicants moving from other countries. To make your transition as seamless as possible, the company provides a private room in a shared corporate apartment for international arrivals. Key Responsibilities - Driving Sales: Reach out to Italian-speaking prospects, present product benefits, overcome objections, and secure new business. - Client Relations: Form meaningful connections with potential buyers by identifying their specific needs and aligning them with our services. - Meeting Milestones: Consistently reach or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators. - CRM Upkeep: Document all client communication and manage your sales pipeline accurately within the company's database. Schedule & Work Setting - Working Hours: Rotational shifts scheduled between Monday and Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (includes coverage for public holidays). - Days Off: Two days off per week, which always includes Sundays plus one additional rotating day during the week. - Workspace: Fully remote, provided you are located within Portugal. The company will ship a high-performance computer setup straight to your residence. Qualifications - Near-native or native fluency in Italian, paired with a B1/B2 level of English for internal corporate training and team collaboration. - A results-driven, highly energetic individual who thrives on hitting targets and interacting with people. - Must already reside in Portugal or possess the proper work authorization to legally work in the country from day one. - Ability to comfortably handle multiple digital platforms, manage browser windows efficiently, and adapt to new software. Compensation & Benefits - Fixed Salary: €1,024 gross per month, paid out over 14 months annually (which covers standard summer and holiday allowances). - Incentives: Earn up to an additional €225 gross monthly bonus based on your sales metrics and performance quality. - Food Allowance: A net daily meal voucher of €7.63 for every day worked, loaded onto a dedicated card. - Housing Support: A private bedroom in a shared company flat for candidates moving from abroad. - Preparation: Full paid training covering sales strategies and product knowledge to prepare you for success.
