Role Description We are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Analyst, Revenue Management to help shape pricing and revenue optimization strategies that maximize profitability and deliver sustainable growth. In this role, you will leverage data to identify opportunities that improve unit economics, customer value, and marketplace performance. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop recommendations, evaluate strategic initiatives, and measure business impact. The ideal candidate is a curious problem solver who enjoys working with complex datasets, thrives in ambiguity, and turns data into actionable business decisions. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science or a related field (MBA or Master’s degree preferred). - 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing Strategy, Business Analytics, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or a related analytical function. - Strong SQL skills and experience using BI platforms such as Domo, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. - Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, pricing analysis, experimentation, or statistical analysis. - Demonstrated ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders. - High ownership, intellectual curiosity, and comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Requirements - Drive Revenue Optimization: Analyze pricing, customer behavior, and marketplace dynamics to identify opportunities that increase revenue and profitability. - Improve Unit Economics: Evaluate key drivers of transaction profitability, including pricing realization, discounting, ancillary product performance, and contribution margins, to identify opportunities to improve financial performance. - Execute Customer & Market Analysis: Perform competitive benchmarking, customer segmentation, and market research to identify emerging growth opportunities. - Expand Cross-Sell Strategy: Identify optimal triggers to increase usage of ancillary services (e.g., transport, guarantee, financing) to maximize total revenue per transaction. - Enhance Retention & Engagement: Analyze acquisition and retention metrics to implement best practices that drive dealer activation and long-term platform engagement. - Performance & Risk Management: Proactively monitor KPIs and identify revenue leakage to mitigate financial risks and capture emerging growth opportunities. - Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, align on priorities, and drive data-informed decisions that support revenue growth and business performance. - Deliver Actionable Insights: Leverage advanced analytics and BI tools to synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable strategies. - Design & Execute Experiments: Apply experimental design (A/B testing, pilots, and cohort analysis) to evaluate the effectiveness of new revenue strategies.
