- You have studied business administration, economics, tourism management, or a comparable degree (advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s) — or you are an ambitious career changer with an entrepreneurial drive.
- You have an extreme "get-things-done" mentality: when faced with a problem, you proactively look for a solution.
- You are analytically strong, enjoy working with data (Excel/Google Sheets), and have an eye for excellent presentation design.
- You communicate confidently in German and English (spoken and written).
- Ideally, you have already gained some experience in a startup, consulting, or project management.
Benefits
- You will help build a first-class network of organizations and people in the startup ecosystem.
- We rely on short lines of communication, an open culture, work closely and driven toward shared goals, and grow together every day.
- Be part of it and actively shape the company culture.
- Ownership with tangible impact on new ventures and business models.
- You will benefit from long-term personal development opportunities and fair compensation.
