Role Description - Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, education, product adoption, expansion, and renewals. - Serve as the primary liaison for ERM's clientele across the UK, ensuring optimal satisfaction and value realization. - Champion customers' interests within ERM, influencing product direction and enhancements. - Lead customer engagement initiatives, emphasizing the value proposition of ERM's offerings. - Cultivate enduring relationships with customers, from initial onboarding through their journey, fostering business growth. - Spearhead internal process enhancements tailored to customer requirements. - Gather and channel customer feedback, reinforcing their voice within ERM's framework. Qualifications - Minimum of 6 years in a customer-centric role within B2B sectors. - Comprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity landscape. - 4+ years of specialized experience as a Customer Success Manager or equivalent in B2B environments. - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant discipline. - Prior experience in account management and/or commercial roles. - Proven expertise in Cybersecurity, Intelligence, WEBINT domains, or collaboration with attack teams (e.g., penetration testers, red teamers). - Proficiency in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing) is essential. Role Description Lassie est une Pet Tech en pleine croissance ayant pour mission de transformer le domaine de la santé animale. 🐱🐶💙 En tant qu'assurance pour animaux de compagnie 100% digitale, nous offrons une couverture d'assurance aux parents de chiens et de chats en cas d'urgence, mais aussi en prévention. Notre objectif est également de réduire les maladies et les blessures chez les animaux de compagnie, de promouvoir la connaissance des bonnes pratiques de soin et d'assurer la prévention de la santé des chiens et des chats. Ainsi, nous sommes la première assurance pour animaux de compagnie préventive au monde. - Communiquer avec nos clients et répondre à leurs souhaits et questions (par chat, e-mail et téléphone), de 8h à 20h du lundi au vendredi et de 9h à 18h le samedi. - Fournir un soutien à nos clients pour leurs animaux de compagnie concernant nos produits d’assurance et leur inscription. - Optimisation continue de l'expérience client basée sur les retours clients en collaboration avec les autres départements de Lassie. - Participation à des projets passionnants liés à la satisfaction client ✨. Qualifications - Vous avez déjà acquis une première expérience en service client, dans un cabinet/clinique vétérinaire ou dans un rôle en contact direct avec la clientèle. - Vous possédez d'excellentes capacités de communication, tant écrites que verbales. - Vous vous caractérisez par une manière de travailler structurée et détaillée. - Vous pouvez effectuer plusieurs tâches en même temps - à la fois pour conseiller nos clients et pour soutenir des projets internes. - Vous êtes curieux et toujours motivé pour apprendre de nouvelles choses. - Vous êtes flexible, pratique et motivé à travailler dans un environnement dynamique. - Vous aimez le travail en équipe et appréciez les échanges réguliers avec vos collègues (français, suédois et allemands). - Vous possédez des compétences courantes en français parlé et écrit ainsi qu'en anglais de base afin d'échanger des idées avec l'équipe internationale 🌈.
