Role Description The Administration Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the operational functions of our organisation within the Arboricultural sector. The successful applicant will assist with various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and contributing to the team’s overall efficiency. - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence and scheduling appointments. - Assist in maintaining accurate records and filing systems to ensure easy access to information. - Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel. - Support the preparation of reports and documentation as required. - Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and materials preparation. - Perform data entry and maintain databases to ensure up-to-date information. - Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies. - Available 18 hours a week between 0700-1500 Monday-Friday, and at least 2 hours on a Saturday morning – potential capacity to go full-time. Qualifications - Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn. - Experience with the Service M8 job management platform.

• Manage communications for assigned book of clients • Oversee client equity plan administration, including plan parameter setup and maintenance, equity transactions, and transaction report reconciliation • Deliver accurate financial and plan balance reporting, including period-end reports and financial setup tasks as outlined in client service scope • Act as primary liaison with client brokers and transfer agents • Provide stock plan technical support and guidance, including day-to-day administration, disclosures, and financial reporting for client equity plans, cap tables, and ESPPs • Serve as subject matter expert, answering client questions regarding the stock plan platform, best practice administration, and equity management processes • Support client discussions on award modifications, performance metric changes, and modification structures • Address client inquiries regarding system tax calculations, plan balances, and methodology behind reporting, including SEC disclosures, proxy tables, and deferred tax reporting • Deliver training to clients on system usage, including data entry, reporting, and financial analysis • Advise clients on M&A activity implications and equity plan accounting treatment • Support auditors’ requests related to methodology and calculations of financial, tax, audit, and disclosure reports • Attend National Association of Stock Plan Professional (NASPP) and Global Equity Organization sessions and webinars to maintain expertise and industry knowledge
Role Description Our client is actively seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Administrator who can support the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 application hosted at AWS Cloud Services with some knowledge in MuleSoft middleware.
