• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive callouts, and emergency breakdown repairs on commercial refrigeration equipment, including: • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in refrigeration systems. • Perform installation and commissioning of new refrigeration equipment and systems. • Ensure compliance with F-Gas regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures. • Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation via digital job management systems. • Provide excellent customer service on-site, liaising with clients, store managers, and head office contacts to ensure clear communication and timely updates.

• Responsible for maintenance, repairs and installation of low voltage cable, access control and video systems • Assist with new programming and re-programming of related security software • End-user training • Provide technical phone support to customers

• Complete daily routes for pre-assigned measure appointments as efficiently and accurately as possible. • Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers to complete all other work activities as assigned. • Follow all policies, procedures, and adhere to work schedule. • Ask customers open ended questions and listen to responses about their projects and product needs. • Describe features and benefits of merchandise as well as steps involved in completing projects. • Demonstrate product and services knowledge in answering customer questions. • Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs.

• Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple retail locations • Perform and/or coordinate repairs including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance • Manage and prioritize service calls to ensure timely resolution • Troubleshoot maintenance issues independently • Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company standards • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams • Maintain maintenance logs, schedules, and inventory
