We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the definition and delivery of the Optum App experience embedded within leading EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, and Meditech. This role is responsible for owning end-to-end user experience and design strategy, ensuring seamless integration into existing clinical workflows and meeting providers where they operate most-within the EHR. This role will partner closely with design and technical integration teams to drive cohesive, intuitive solutions, balancing usability, clinical efficiency, and technical feasibility. This leader will guide cross-functional efforts, align stakeholders, and steer execution to deliver a high-impact, integrated product experience that enhances provider productivity and patient care. The Optum App is a product that includes ambient listening technology, AI-driven chart intelligence capabilities, autonomous coding, and autonomous billing solutions to reduce admin burden, prevent claim denials, solve for reimbursement, and enable physicians to focus less on paperwork and more on delivering high quality patient care. In this role, you must be able to effectively communicate complex concepts with vendors, customers, co-workers and management, both verbally and in writing. You must balance a self-motivated, independent work ethic with the desire to educate and assist others. Organization, prioritization, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are all crucial. Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Primary Responsibilities: - Translate product strategy into actionable plans, goals, milestones, and measurable outcomes - Define and own the user experience for Optum App workflows embedded within EHR platforms, in partnership with design and technical teams - Own product execution from concept through testing, launch preparation, and iteration in partnership with engineering and technical integration teams - Develop deep understanding of physician behavior in EHR clinical workflows and optimize how our capabilities compliment user behavior, reduce friction, and improve efficiency - Translate workflows into business requirements, use cases, and user stories that support intuitive, integrated product experiences You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
