Job Requirements
- Proven product management experience delivering new software from conception through MVP and beyond in cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated documentation discipline.
- Ability to capture complex customer journeys clearly and iterate them based on feedback.
- Comfort defining and tracking success metrics, and making "good enough to ship" calls in ambiguous conditions.
- Business acumen including the ability to articulate ROI and develop business cases.
- Expert stakeholder management across client PMO/QE teams, engineering, and domain experts.
- Demonstrated comfort developing products in highly regulated environments with significant consideration for risk, compliance, and legal issues.
- Initiative, curiosity, and adaptability to thrive in evolving AI product environments.
- Nice-to-haves: Prior engineering or technical background.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI or LLM-based products.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and sprint management.
