Digital Project Manager – Client Delivery

Remote Choice

• Manage multiple client projects from initiation through to completion. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and delivery schedules. • Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects progress efficiently. • Monitor delivery against agreed milestones and SLAs. • Identify risks, dependencies and blockers, implementing solutions proactively. • Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders. • Support client onboarding and transition into delivery. • Ensure high standards of quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. • Produce regular project reporting and performance updates. • Leverage AI tools to improve project administration and reporting efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management within a digital, technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong experience using Asana, Notion, Monday.com, ClickUp or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience delivering projects against agreed deadlines and service levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business.
