Job Requirements
- Active Epic Cadence Certification
- 3+ years of Epic Cadence analyst experience
- Experience with Epic application build, optimization, and support
- Experience supporting Epic implementations and go-live activities
- Strong knowledge of patient access and scheduling workflows
- Preferred Experience with Epic Referrals & Authorizations
- Additional Epic certifications (Prelude, Grand Central, etc.) are a plus

• Participate in digital transformation projects for the Procurement area, from implementation through solution sustainment. • Lead or support continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization initiatives. • Administer and support procurement and supplier relationship platforms, such as Source-to-Contract solutions, electronic catalogs, and B2B integrations. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers located across the company’s global sites. • Manage activities related to the Responsible Sourcing Program, ensuring compliance with sustainability and supply chain governance requirements. • Manage the collection, consolidation, upload, extraction, and validation of data on platforms such as EcoVadis, TealBook, TRAC, and related systems. • Ensure the quality, integrity, and reliability of information used for internal and external audits. • Prepare critical analyses, KPIs, and management reports to support decision-making. • Develop and monitor Power BI dashboards to track program metrics. • Contribute to meeting requirements of standards and regulations related to sustainability, ESG, and responsible supply chain practices. • Work with global teams to promote standardization, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
• Manage end-to-end collections activities for an assigned portfolio of customer accounts • Proactively follow up on past-due invoices through phone, email, and customer outreach • Monitor aging reports and prioritize collections efforts based on risk and materiality • Partner with Sales, Billing, and Finance to resolve disputes and remove payment barriers • Track and report on collections performance metrics including aging, cash collections, and disputes • Identify high-risk accounts and escalate issues as appropriate • Ensure accurate documentation of collection activities and account status in systems • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the OTC lifecycle
