PB Analyst

Superlanet

• Design, configure, build, test, and maintain Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) applications. • Serve as the primary application resource for Claims and Remittance functionality within Epic Resolute PB. • Configure and support claims processing, claim edits, remittance posting, reimbursement workflows, workqueues, and charge entry. • Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Patient Financial Services, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize Professional Billing workflows. • Support ongoing Revenue Cycle stabilization initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve billing accuracy, reimbursement, and operational efficiency. • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolution to application support requests. • Participate in system upgrades, integrated testing, go-lives, optimization initiatives, and ongoing maintenance. • Develop and maintain build documentation, workflow diagrams, and application support documentation. • Ensure Epic build aligns with organizational standards, payer requirements, and regulatory compliance. • Partner with operational leaders to recommend workflow enhancements and long-term improvements to the Professional Billing application.

Job Requirements

  • Active Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Certification or Accreditation required.
  • Epic certification or significant experience with Claims, Remittance, Charge Router, and Benefits Engine strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Four (4) years of relevant healthcare IT or revenue cycle experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 4+ years of Epic Resolute PB build, implementation, and application support experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Claims processing, Remittance, reimbursement workflows, and Professional Billing operations.
  • Strong understanding of professional billing workflows, payer regulations, revenue cycle operations, and reimbursement methodologies.
  • Experience supporting complex health systems, academic medical centers, or multi-specialty physician organizations preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel monthly for project activities, workshops, and go-live support.
