• Verification and processing of fiscal documents (NF-e, CT-e, NFS), receipts and invoices in the EBS system; • Renaming of documents and archiving to the permanent records area; • Entry of invoices for the following operations: Freight, Services, Direct Load, Inventory, Import, Transfers, Shipping Manifest, Return Shipments and others; • Verification and processing of freight in the CTMS system for inbound and outbound operations; • Internal customer support for information and reporting

• Atuar de forma proativa em diversos setores, incluindo Tributário, EHS, ITAS e Recebimento Integrado • Realizar serviços administrativos gerais • Conduzir e apoiar melhorias nos processos dos setores atendidos • Efetuar conferência de documentos fiscais • Antecipar demandas e propor soluções para otimização das rotinas • Garantir a continuidade das atividades durante períodos de substituição
