• Drive development and delivery using Agile Scrum methodology. • Participate in and facilitate (when needed) daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings. • Evaluate and report on the technical performance of assigned team members. • Discover and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems functional architecture, detail systems design, configuration, or program specifications to deliver IT system outcomes that meet user and organization needs.
Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree and three (3) years of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development; OR Bachelor’s degree and a minimum one (1) year of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development; OR Equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must reside within North Carolina.
- Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
- Preferred: Advanced degree.
- Experience in any of the following areas: healthcare claims environment and applications development, demonstrated experience in SDLC, ALM, and SQL.
- Knowledge of Project Management principles and agile methodologies, and the ownership of product portfolio.
- Supervision of two (2) or more employees or experience acting in a lead role position for at least one (1) year.
- Microsoft applications certifications MTA, MCSA, MCSD or equivalent certifications desired.

Role Description Storable is seeking a Manager of Business Systems to lead the team responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing our Salesforce ecosystem and associated GTM technologies across all verticals. This cross-functional, shared-services role sits at the center of how Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, and other customer-facing teams execute and scale. You will manage Salesforce Admins, Developers, and other technical contributors while partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure our systems are scalable, stable, and aligned with business strategy. You’ll balance strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on technical oversight, process rigor, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with a solid technical foundation in Salesforce and Salesforce-adjacent platforms, a deep understanding of integrations and automation, and a disciplined approach to prioritization and operational excellence. This is primarily a people management role, but also one where you'll regularly roll up your sleeves and work side by side with your team.
