• Serve as the technical advisor and strategic owner for a portfolio of strategic infrastructure partners, engaging everyone from developers and platform/ML engineers to CIOs and CTOs. • Own the full partner lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, technical enablement, expansion, and advocacy. • Drive joint adoption through live demos, workshops, deployment architecture guidance, benchmarking, troubleshooting, and best-practice recommendations — making Deepgram successful inside the partner’s environment and on the partner’s hardware and platforms. • Lead joint technical validation: scope and run POCs and evaluations that prove Deepgram models on partner infrastructure across self-hosted, on-prem, air-gapped, dedicated, and on-device/edge deployments, including security-sensitive and regulated use cases. • Run discovery continuously: surface partner problems, understand their business impact, and translate them into actionable requirements for product and engineering. • Identify and scope expansion (cross-sell, upsell, multi-product, co-sell) in partnership with Sales, and activate partner channels — OEMs, distributors, marketplaces, and cloud/inference providers — to reach their customer base. Lead executive business reviews and joint planning sessions. • Support joint go-to-market and co-marketing in partnership with Marketing — joint blogs, one-pagers, PR, and live demos at partner events and industry conferences — to drive awareness and activate the channel. • Act as the voice of the partner internally — influencing roadmap (especially deployment, self-hosted, security, and edge), GTM strategy, and the tools we build to support partners. • Track adoption, usage, health, and expansion to drive outcomes; travel to partner sites and events as needed. • Operate AI-first by default, and build tools, agents, and workflows that eliminate recurring work for you and the broader team. Your impact is measured by the leverage you create, not just the partners you serve.

• Manage/maintain production infrastructure across dev, staging, and production environments • Support deployment, configuration, scaling, and lifecycle management of cloud services • Monitor system health, performance, availability, and capacity • Handle patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities • Ensure infrastructure reliability, uptime, and operational stability • Support Kubernetes-based workloads and cluster operations • Assist with container orchestration, deployments, scaling, and troubleshooting • Maintain operational standards/best practices for containerized infrastructure • Partner with dev teams on application deployments and environment issues • Develop and maintain automation scripts/tooling for operational efficiency • Support infrastructure automation and provisioning via IaC • Assist with CI/CD pipeline integrations and deployment automation • Contribute to continuous improvement for scalability and reliability • Manage access control, IAM configs, and user permissions • Support security best practices and compliance requirements • Assist with vulnerability remediation and infrastructure hardening • Maintain auditability and operational governance standards • Perform incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis • Participate in on-call rotations • Collaborate with internal teams on infrastructure/platform/application issues • Develop and maintain runbooks, docs, and support procedures • Manage backup, restore, recovery, and maintenance • Perform patching/upgrades/lifecycle management for MariaDB • Monitor availability, performance, and data integrity • Troubleshoot connectivity/performance issues with app teams

• Manage the internal infrastructure across multiple sites • Ensure stable, secure, and reliable systems • Develop infrastructure automation and provide support to increase efficiency • Provide technical support for central Group tools • Support Access Management and Cyber Security activities • Further develop the endpoint and peripheral landscape • Regular on-site presence at the Schwabach location

• Develop integrations, such as Slackbots and internal assistants, to improve Infrastructure and Security workflows. • Build and maintain infrastructure that enables safe internal experimentation with POCs, helper apps, AI integrations, and automations. • Improve monitoring and detection of employee and AI-agent activity, including risks such as shadow IT, unsafe integrations, excessive permissions, and data exposure. • Protect company resources in a risk-based way according to their criticality, sensitivity, and regulatory relevance. • Use AI tools, mainly Claude, to rapidly develop code, infrastructure as code, automations, security tooling, and documentation. • Translate cybersecurity requirements, including NIS2 and medical device security expectations, into practical engineering work. • Perform security reviews, simpler penetration tests, threat modelling, and risk assessments for internal applications, integrations, and infrastructure changes. • Work independently and proactively while staying aligned with company priorities and risk appetite.
