Support Team Lead
Agile Lab
• Coordinate team activities , priorities, and task ownership, ensuring effective delivery. • Support troubleshooting, incident resolution, and escalations across microservices and distributed systems. • Maintain and improve the reliability and performance of applications running on OpenShift. • Contribute to monitoring, observability, alerting, and post-incident improvement actions. • Identify opportunities to automate recurring activities and simplify operational processes. • Work with customers and technical stakeholders to understand priorities and business impact. • Promote accountability, collaboration, and engineering best practices within the team.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in SRE, Application Maintenance, production support, DevOps, or similar operational roles.
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift in production environments.
- Good knowledge of distributed systems, microservice architectures, and Kafka.
- Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management practices.
- Hands-on experience with at least one observability tool , such as Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or a similar platform.
- Experience coordinating technical activities, operational initiatives, or small teams.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and drive activities to completion.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset focused on automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in Italian and professional working proficiency in English.
