What You’ll Be Doing - Lead the Americas marketing communications strategy to align messaging, campaigns, and channels with regional growth priorities and brand standards - Translate business goals into clear, compelling narratives that strengthen executive communication, customer engagement, and market positioning - Oversee vertical marketing programs to ensure they deliver measurable value and support key customer segments across North and Latin America - Drive digital transformation and AI adoption to improve content effectiveness, streamline operations, and increase ROI - Manage budgets and lead high-performing teams to prioritize investments, build capabilities, and deliver consistent, high-quality execution What We're Looking For - 10+ years of progressive experience in B-to-B marketing communications, corporate communications, or related communications leadership roles, preferably in an industrial, technology, HVAC, or manufacturing environment. - Proven ability to develop and lead regional communications strategies across multiple countries or markets. - Excellent written, verbal, and executive communications skills, with the ability to translate complex business priorities into clear, compelling messages. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach team members, build strong working relationships, and collaborate effectively with regional, segment, and global colleagues. - Organized, self-driven, and analytical, with strong business acumen, technical aptitude and the ability to connect communications activities to measurable business outcomes. Salary Range Disclaimer: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. The range for this position is $155,000 to $190,000.
