This exempt position is 100% remote and for immediate hire in one of our core states in CST or PST: CA, IL, MD, MN, OR, TX, TN, WA, or WI. OVERVIEW The Recruiter will work with our Division Leader and other staffing team members to support the growth and success of the firm's temporary and direct hire workforce placements. The Recruiter should have proven experience in full life cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for administrative, labor, human resources, finance, medical and management positions for Scion Staffing clientele. This fully remote position requires well-executed hands-on account relationship development skills, business savviness, and innovative strategies for effective talent recruitment. RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Candidate Recruitment, Retention, and Placement - Working with a great team sourcing, interviewing, and placing exceptional talent! - Using available tools including Bullhorn ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to source and develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. - Connecting with a diverse cross-section of candidates through phone screens and in-person interviews. - Assessing candidate qualifications by thoroughly vetting candidate backgrounds, experience, hard and soft skills, etc. - Recruiting qualified candidates for client projects, temporary assignments, temporary-to-full-time opportunities, and direct hire. - Arranging candidate-client interviews by coordinating schedules; provide coaching and interview preparation for candidates. - Maintaining ongoing communication after placement and resolve any client and/or candidate issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality, sensitivity, and the highest level of customer service satisfaction. - Leveraging resources to recruit high-caliber candidates through online job boards, newsgroups, social network platforms, and other resources to build a strong sourcing pipeline and talent pool. - Must meet billing requirements to be successful in this position. Relationship Development & Client Engagement - Conducting client intake to assess the viability of prospective job opportunities. - Performing thorough research on job requirements and qualifications, as well as work environment and organizational culture. - Serving as a direct point of contact and providing exceptional service to our staffing clients. - Helping develop and grow a client base by promoting our services, expertise, and core values for temporary, contract, interim, and/or direct hire staffing solutions when and where possible. - Participating in networking events to increase the firm's presence in the local business community. - Participating in educational opportunities, workshops, and seminars to increase knowledge on current industry and hiring trends. Recruitment Administration & Writing - Utilizing Bullhorn ATS extensively to ensure active candidate tracking, maintain candidate and client notes, review candidate applications, and schedule appointments. - Maintaining email correspondence with clients, candidates, and internal staff through Outlook online. - Creating thorough written candidate presentations for client review. - Generating job descriptions to post on Bullhorn and online job sites. - Coordinating with the Operations Manager and administrative staff to ensure proper follow-through on candidate onboarding, reference, and background checks. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - 2-3+ years of prior staffing/agency recruiting experience and proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment! - Success at working in a remote recruiting environment while remaining competitive to exceeding growth numbers. - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. - Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills. - Exceptional attention to detail and strong intuition for culture fit while evaluating candidates. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. - Experience working with previous Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards, and online networking resources. Experience working with Bullhorn ATS is a PLUS. - The ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written correspondence. The average total compensation for a Scion Staffing Recruiter with two to three years of experience is $80,000-$100,000. Earnings increase from there as you gain more experience and perform, and there is a ton of room for growth and advancement!
