We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is motivated by helping employers hire exceptional talent, building lasting relationships, and driving successful placements. This is a full-time internal recruiting position with AccountMakers. You will serve as a key member of our recruiting team, helping employers across the United States hire exceptional sales, customer success, customer support, account management, business development, revenue operations, and other revenue-generating professionals. As a Revenue Talent Recruiter, you will work directly with employers and candidates throughout the hiring process. You will interview talent, source candidates, manage recruiting workflows, support clients using the AccountMakers platform, and help drive successful placements for organizations nationwide. This is a production-oriented recruiting role where success is measured by identifying exceptional talent, delivering outstanding service, building strong client relationships, and helping employers make successful hires. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, conducting candidate screens and interviews, sourcing talent, and helping companies make outstanding hires. What You Will Do - Conduct approximately 5-10+ candidate screens, qualification calls, and recruiting conversations daily based on active hiring volume - Recruit and place sales, customer success, customer support, account management, business development, revenue operations, and other revenue-focused professionals throughout the United States - Utilize the AccountMakers platform to review, evaluate, match, and submit qualified candidates to client opportunities - Conduct ongoing talent reviews and candidate profile approvals as a core daily responsibility - Review large volumes of candidate profiles and applications while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality standards - Source highly qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels - Build talent pipelines for both active and future hiring needs - Present qualified candidates to employers with detailed candidate summaries and recommendations - Utilize Bullhorn ATS to manage recruiting activity, workflows, candidate records, and placement processes - Communicate directly with employers regarding hiring needs, candidate feedback, interview scheduling, and placement activity - Support employers using the AccountMakers platform and provide guidance regarding platform functionality, recruiting processes, and hiring workflows - Build long-term relationships with employers and become a trusted recruiting resource - Follow up consistently with both candidates and clients to ensure an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process - Assist candidates throughout the recruiting process while providing outstanding customer service - Collaborate with leadership on recruiting strategy, platform improvements, operational initiatives, and growth opportunities - Participate in startup growth initiatives and ongoing process improvements - Support recruiting marketing efforts through social media engagement and short-form video content promoting open opportunities and the AccountMakers platform when needed What Success Looks Like - Loves recruiting and enjoys speaking with candidates and employers throughout the day - Takes pride in helping companies hire exceptional talent - Is comfortable conducting 5-10+ candidate screens and qualification calls daily - Achieves 5+ successful placements per month through proactive sourcing, candidate screening, relationship management, and client partnership while leveraging evolving technology and platform innovations designed to support increased recruiter productivity and placement success over time - Enjoys sourcing talent and uncovering exceptional candidates through research and outreach - Understands that recruiting success is driven by consistency, responsiveness, persistence, and follow-through - Is comfortable performing repetitive daily recruiting activities including talent reviews, profile evaluations, sourcing, outreach, follow-up, candidate screening, and candidate submissions - Thrives in a startup environment where priorities may shift quickly - Enjoys working independently while collaborating closely with a team - Has a strong sense of urgency and ownership - Wants to grow professionally as AccountMakers continues to expand Preferred Qualifications - 3+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, customer success, sales, business development, account management, or related professional experience preferred - Staffing agency, recruiting firm, search firm, or talent acquisition experience strongly preferred - Experience recruiting for sales, customer success, customer support, account management, business development, revenue operations, or other revenue-generating roles strongly preferred - Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter - Experience utilizing Bullhorn ATS or similar applicant tracking systems - Strong interviewing, phone, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously - Experience supporting clients or customers in a professional environment preferred - Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus - Interest in social media recruiting, employer branding, and video content creation is a plus Compensation & Benefits - Starting base salary of $60,000-$70,000+ annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated recruiting success, plus a competitive commission plan paid on successful placements.
