• Partner with the Co-Founders and executive team to translate the company’s strategy into clear financial priorities, operating plans, and investment decisions • Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, cash management, capital allocation, and company-wide performance management • Provide clear visibility into the drivers of the business, including unit economics, contribution margin, channel profitability, customer acquisition, inventory, and working capital • Partner with Growth, eCommerce, Retail, and Operations to evaluate opportunities, improve performance, and strengthen financial accountability • Build and develop the finance team, systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure required to support continued scale • Lead the financial workstreams for future strategic transactions and serve as the primary finance partner to L Catterton, lenders, and external advisors

• Own financial strategy and planning — build and maintain the financial model, drive budgeting and forecasting, and give the founders a clear line of sight into unit economics, and growth. • Run the finance operation — accounting, month-end close, cash management, AP/AR, payroll, and audit readiness. You set up the systems and, early on, often run them yourself. • Be the numbers partner to the founders — turn ambiguous questions into rigorous analysis, pressure-test decisions, and help set priorities. • Lead fundraising and investor relations — support capital raises, manage the data room, and own board and investor reporting. • Own compliance, tax, and risk — keep us clean and audit-ready as a company operating in the financial services space. • Build for scale — stand up the tools, controls, and (eventually) the team that let finance keep pace with the business.

• Raising and processing customer invoices via Salesforce. • Supporting the credit control process, including chasing outstanding debt and building positive customer relationships. • Responding to customer queries relating to invoices, payments and account balances. • Investigating and resolving payment queries. • Completing customer onboarding and supplier/customer account forms and other administrative documentation. • Maintaining accurate customer account records. • Assisting with general Accounts Receivable administration and process improvements. • Providing occasional support to the Accounts Payable function and the wider finance team when required.

• Reconcile policy level premium, commissions, open receivables and other policy details between Arch’s systems and the MGA’s systems • Prepare exhibits summarizing the various reconciling differences with explanations • Maintain policy level detail which reflect the summarized differences • Track and age differences • Work with program accountant, Arch underwriter, Arch IT and MGA to resolve open differences
