Chief Financial Officer
Mars Men
• Partner with the Co-Founders and executive team to translate the company’s strategy into clear financial priorities, operating plans, and investment decisions • Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, cash management, capital allocation, and company-wide performance management • Provide clear visibility into the drivers of the business, including unit economics, contribution margin, channel profitability, customer acquisition, inventory, and working capital • Partner with Growth, eCommerce, Retail, and Operations to evaluate opportunities, improve performance, and strengthen financial accountability • Build and develop the finance team, systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure required to support continued scale • Lead the financial workstreams for future strategic transactions and serve as the primary finance partner to L Catterton, lenders, and external advisors
Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a CFO or senior finance executive within a scaled, high-growth consumer business
- Deep experience with DTC, eCommerce, retail, subscription, inventory, and performance marketing business models
- Broad financial leadership experience spanning FP&A, accounting, cash and working capital, controls, and capital allocation
- Demonstrated success building finance teams and infrastructure through periods of rapid growth and increasing complexity
- Strong commercial judgment, executive presence, and ability to partner effectively with founders and cross-functional executives
- Preferred Experience:
- Experience in a private equity-backed or sponsor-backed environment
- Experience helping lead a successful sale, recapitalization, or other significant strategic transaction

• Reconcile policy level premium, commissions, open receivables and other policy details between Arch’s systems and the MGA’s systems • Prepare exhibits summarizing the various reconciling differences with explanations • Maintain policy level detail which reflect the summarized differences • Track and age differences • Work with program accountant, Arch underwriter, Arch IT and MGA to resolve open differences
• Drive the process of clinical study budget negotiations with the clinical study sites (e.g., hospitals) for multiple clinical studies. • Prepare and negotiate site clinical trial budgets and budget amendments. • Act as a key liaison between the Clinical Research and Legal Departments. Submit contract requests for clinical studies and investigator-sponsored studies and follow through with internal and external stakeholders to completion. • Provide periodic updates to management regarding site start-up progress related to their strategic impact. Communicate potential or actual delays and propose actions to ensure that project timelines are met. • Communicates regular updates to clinical project manager and other study staff. • Proactively identifies potential issues that may arise with budget and contract negotiations • Partner closely with Legal team to manage timelines and expectations for new and changing clinical studies on a regular basis. • Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures. • Understand relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adheres to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company. • Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures. • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
