Job Requirements

About the Role Protegrity’s Business Development team is growing, & we’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help fuel pipeline across our Enterprise & Mid-Market sales teams. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying, engaging, & qualifying prospective customers through strategic outbound & inbound efforts. You’ll partner closely with Sales & Marketing to generate high-quality opportunities & contribute directly to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Pipeline Generation - Generate new business opportunities with prospective Enterprise & Mid-Market clients. - Research target accounts, map buying groups, & identify key stakeholders. - Execute structured multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, marketing campaigns, event follow-up). - Qualify inbound & outbound leads & schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives. - Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, & account data within CRM systems. - Meet & exceed KPIs related to outreach activity, meetings booked, & pipeline contribution.
