National Sales Distribution Manager
Wellabe
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned relationships for Wellabe|Medico • Strategize, cultivate, and manage external relationships • Develop retention and growth plans • Analyze reports, execute sales plans, identify business opportunities • Drive sales growth of assigned distribution • Ensure high-quality service and issue resolution • Provide training to distributors and cross-functional teams • Collaborate, mentor, and support team members • Primary work is 60% travel between January and September
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or related
- Combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- 5+ years’ experience in insurance sales preferred
- Experience with senior market insurance products required, specifically Medicare Supplement, Short Term Care and Hospital Indemnity preferred
- Advanced knowledge of sales distribution principles, processes, and practices
- Presentation skills and confident public speaking ability
- Must be bilingual is a plus
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to build strong working relationships

• Partner with Supply Chain leadership to implement AP/EHS strategies that promote safety excellence, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, physical security, and business continuity across Distribution Centers. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Asset Protection & EHS Managers supporting multiple Distribution Center locations. • Drive continuous improvement in safety performance through root cause analysis, injury prevention initiatives, corrective action plans, and regulatory compliance programs. • Analyze safety, security, inventory, and operational performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Present findings, recommendations, and action plans to executive and Supply Chain leadership. • Conduct Distribution Center assessments, operational reviews, and facility audits to evaluate compliance with company policies, safety standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements. • Partner with Distribution Center Directors and Operations leaders to drive accountability for safety performance, inventory integrity, equipment operation, and workplace compliance. • Lead or oversee investigations involving workplace incidents, injuries, property damage, inventory loss, theft, fraud, security breaches, and policy violations. • Monitor and manage key risk indicators, including OSHA recordables, workers' compensation trends, inventory variance, cargo theft, physical security vulnerabilities, and cost-of-risk metrics. • Support physical security programs including access control systems, CCTV, alarm monitoring, visitor management, and facility security assessments. • Collaborate with Transportation, Facilities, Human Resources, Legal, and Operations teams to mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. • Lead AP/EHS training initiatives for Distribution Center leadership and team members to improve awareness, compliance, and operational execution. • Support crisis management, emergency preparedness, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning efforts across the Supply Chain network.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Customer Supply Chain organization • Develop and execute customer-specific supply chain strategies that improve service, availability, distribution, profitability, and long-term business growth across National Grocery & Club customers • Build collaborative relationships with customer supply chain organizations, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional business partners • Accountable for all customer supply chain activities • Champion cross-functional collaboration and serve as the commercial supply chain subject matter expert • Lead customer onboarding, distribution model changes, and network transitions • Drive supply-to-shelf execution through optimized order management, replenishment, fill rates, on-shelf availability (OSA), inventory optimization, and customer compliance • Partner with customers to improve inventory productivity through allocation strategies, vendor-managed inventory (VMI), shelf minimums, segmentation, and network optimization • Anticipate customer needs, emerging trends, risks, and opportunities • Establish standardized routines and processes to proactively manage product supply • Own customer scorecards and key performance metrics, including Fill Rate, OSA, In-Stock %, Inventory, Days of Supply (DOS), Order Compliance, Lead Time, and Forecast Accuracy • Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and reports that provide visibility into customer performance
