Role Description The main function of a Supply Chain Analyst is to define, build, manage and measure global asset management. A typical Supply Chain Analyst may be responsible for buying goods and services, and analyze performance of suppliers. Job Responsibilities - Lead the technical development of innovative inventory planning and logistics processes. - Review and potentially optimize suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability and other relevant factors. - Own the end-to-end asset management process and systems globally. - Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. - Drive automation on an aggressive timeline with a team of world-class engineers and designers. - Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers and with the wider enterprise organization. - Approve purchases of the highest quality products at the lowest possible price and in correct amounts. - Approve purchase orders, solicit bid proposals, and review requisitions for goods and services. - Instruct staff on how to resolve problems related to undelivered goods. - Instruct staff on methods of negotiation, renegotiation and administration of contracts with suppliers, vendors and other representatives. - Confer with staff, users, and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action. - Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to determine need for changes. Typical Day-to-day Role - Drive Material Readiness & Clear-to-Build (CTB) Schedules: Proactively manage and track material readiness to ensure on-time build schedules. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to clear material shortages and maintain CTB status. - Purchase Order (PO) Management: Oversee the end-to-end PO process, including issuing POs, following up on quotes from suppliers, tracking PO status, and ensuring timely closure. Work closely with suppliers (ODMs) and internal stakeholders to resolve any blockers. - Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks. Communicate risks and mitigation strategies to the program management (PM) and core teams. - Demand & Supply Alignment: Support program management by aligning demand and supply, ensuring that material requirements are met for program milestones. - Performance Metrics: - On-Time Delivery: Track and drive team performance to meet on-time delivery targets. - First-Time Right: Strive for accuracy and completeness in all supply chain activities to minimize rework. - Material Shortage Resolution: Monitor and report on the timely clearance of material shortages.

• Collaborate with global regional offices and other P&W & RTX personnel to track and monitor upcoming risk events affecting the supply base. • Create and manage internal and external surveys when needed to support risk event data gathering. • Collect, analyze, and aggregate data into clear and actionable reporting formats for leadership. • Facilitate feedback collection and aggregation from key stakeholders to update and submit materials required for risk leadership reviews. • Provide support in analysis of said data/updates in preparation for the reviews. • Develop, maintain, and refine reports that distill complex information into clear, decision-ready formats. • Lead improvement projects by working with subject matter experts to identify inefficiencies and clarify requirements, then collaborating with team members to design, enhance, and implement effective solutions. • Integrate risk management strategies into the broader Supplier Performance, Risk Management, and GSC infrastructure and support their deployment across stakeholder groups. • Operate collaboratively with Global Supply Chain and other teams within RTX, fostering alignment across functions. • May also participate in RTX-wide Supply Chain Risk Working Groups and projects as assigned. • Contribute to the development, project management, and ongoing improvement of other Supplier Performance processes and tools, as needed.

• Partner with Supply Chain leadership to implement AP/EHS strategies that promote safety excellence, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, physical security, and business continuity across Distribution Centers. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Asset Protection & EHS Managers supporting multiple Distribution Center locations. • Drive continuous improvement in safety performance through root cause analysis, injury prevention initiatives, corrective action plans, and regulatory compliance programs. • Analyze safety, security, inventory, and operational performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Present findings, recommendations, and action plans to executive and Supply Chain leadership. • Conduct Distribution Center assessments, operational reviews, and facility audits to evaluate compliance with company policies, safety standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements. • Partner with Distribution Center Directors and Operations leaders to drive accountability for safety performance, inventory integrity, equipment operation, and workplace compliance. • Lead or oversee investigations involving workplace incidents, injuries, property damage, inventory loss, theft, fraud, security breaches, and policy violations. • Monitor and manage key risk indicators, including OSHA recordables, workers' compensation trends, inventory variance, cargo theft, physical security vulnerabilities, and cost-of-risk metrics. • Support physical security programs including access control systems, CCTV, alarm monitoring, visitor management, and facility security assessments. • Collaborate with Transportation, Facilities, Human Resources, Legal, and Operations teams to mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. • Lead AP/EHS training initiatives for Distribution Center leadership and team members to improve awareness, compliance, and operational execution. • Support crisis management, emergency preparedness, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning efforts across the Supply Chain network.
