Role Description Eaton Corporation is looking for a Director of Environmental, Health & Safety for their Global Energy Infrastructure (GEIS) business. The role can be located in Beachwood, OH, or be fully remote. Reporting to the VP EHS Operations, the Director will support a $2.5 billion global business with over 3,000 employees. The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a sustainable approach to continually improve the EHS performance and culture for GEIS and ensure that all facilities are following applicable Federal, State and Local laws and fulfillment of all Eaton Environmental, Health and Safety objectives. Responsibilities include helping to define and execute the Group’s strategic direction, while contributing to the development and advancement of its sustainability vision, strategy, management systems, and business processes. The role also serves as a key advisor to leadership and senior management, providing guidance and insight on Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) matters that impact business performance and objectives.
