Full TimeRemoteTeam 51-200

Role Description Join Glow25 and help us redefine beauty. We’re excited to meet you! These are our current challenges and future goals: - We run Shopify across DACH and NL (FR next), plus the ERP, stock, subscriptions, and B2B surfaces around it. - The WebEx Product Team owns how all of that comes together on the site. We're looking for someone who knows Shopify cold from a technical angle without being a developer. Your job is to be the technical point person for the implementation and operational questions this team handles every day, and to keep us honest about what's actually worth building. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of WebEx. Roughly 60% operational ownership, 40% roadmap and strategy. This is where we need your support: - Be the technical point person. - Own the implementation questions stakeholders bring to WebEx. - Scope them, decide the right Shopify approach (native vs. app vs. custom), and see them through. - Own operational understanding of the shop experience end to end. - Understand how our interconnected systems fit together (ERP, CS, Data, and the rest) and how a change in one ripples through the others. - Support adjacent teams. - Learn our subscriptions platform well enough to back the CRM team on operational questions. - Partner with Data and Infrastructure on tracking across the Shopify instances. - Keep the customer experience front of mind. - Bring a product lens to how the site actually feels to shoppers. - Stay on top of performance, functionality, and flows. - Be aware of site performance (Lighthouse, render times) as we add to the site. - Protect the roadmap. - Help the team separate genuine impact from stakeholder gut feeling. Qualifications - Deep, hands-on Shopify knowledge from a technical angle: architecture, platform limits, how apps and custom apps work. - A working command of web performance (Lighthouse, render time): what the metrics mean and how to improve them. - A practical, everyday use of AI. - A security mindset: GDPR, DPAs, and sound data handling factored into how you scope work. - The judgment and spine to take ownership of ambiguous asks and to push back on low-value priorities while staying collaborative. - Fluent in English; German is a plus. Benefits - Work flexibly, in the way that suits you best. - Home office? Done right: receive a one-time €500 allowance to set up your perfect workspace. - Fully equipped from day one: Mac or Windows – you choose what works best for you. - Glow Card: Get €50 every month to spend however you like – that’s €600 a year, just because. - Learning is part of the deal: we invest in you, not just in numbers. - Enjoy 40% off our entire product range. - 30 vacation days + 1 personal holiday + up to 10 additional unpaid days off. - Our company health insurance reimburses up to €600 per year for extras like vision aids, alternative medicine, or dental cleanings. - After your probation period, we’ll contribute €600 toward your pension plan. - Get access to discounts and special offers from top brands through our corporate benefit platforms. - Our Glow25 merch is more than just fabric – it’s your badge of belonging. - For five years in a row, we’ve been recognized as a Top Company on Kununu. - From workouts to wellness retreats – you decide how to stay active.
