Legal Analyst – Registration and Pre-registration

• ✅ Perform registration and pre-registration of cases, clients, and parties in legal management systems, ensuring correct entry, verification, and updating of information; • ✅ Review procedural documents, validate registration data, identify inconsistencies, make corrections when necessary, and follow up on outstanding issues with the relevant areas; • ✅ Ensure standardization of registrations, data quality, and compliance with operational deadlines.

Job Requirements

  • 🎯 Law student or law graduate without active bar registration (mandatory);
  • ✅ Experience with legal registration, case control, or administrative routines in law firms or legal departments;
  • ✅ Experience in reviewing and verifying procedural documents and registration data;
  • ✅ Knowledge of legal management systems is a plus;
  • ✅ Microsoft Office (intermediate), with emphasis on Excel (filters, tables, and basic formulas);
  • ✅ Comfortable using legal systems and procedural platforms;
  • ✅ Good typing skills and information organization;
  • ✅ Excellent organization and priority management;
  • ✅ Strong written and verbal communication;
  • ✅ Analytical mindset with attention to detail;
  • ✅ Sense of urgency and commitment to deadlines;
  • ✅ Proactive in following up and tracking outstanding items;
  • ✅ Ability to handle a high volume of tasks;

National 4-H Council is seeking a Government Relations Specialist to help strengthen relationships with policymakers, Congressional 4-H alumni, Cooperative Extension partners, and key stakeholders while advancing government relations initiatives that expand opportunities for youth across the country.
