• Under general direction, acts as the on-site project leader to execute and complete HVAC controls and other Building Automation System (BAS) projects with assigned customers in a safe and cost effective manner. • Performs or delegates tasks as required to execute and fully complete assigned projects including: system programming, installation coordination, system and network commissioning, training and project closeout • Participates in the installation of hardware designs and software programming using established standards as required. • Provides detailed information to communicate design and operation to customers, Johnson Controls staff and subcontractors • Manages and completes the loading, device verification, and commissioning of all system controllers as required. • Validates complete system functionality and resolves issues with subcontractors and others to ensure proper operation. • Provides accurate project as-built and commissioning documentation. • Test and write modifications to systems software • Provides coaching, mentoring and technical assistance. • Provides technical assistance to subcontractors • Performs site-specific training for owner/operator on the total system in full or with assistance. • Ensures owner/operator has been trained. • Provides proper documentation and manuals for system operation • Follows all safety standards and has the highest regard for employee and subcontractor safety

• Provide excellent internal support to the organization • Work with the Atlas internal infrastructure team to support internal systems including Azure AVD, Endpoint infrastructure, Entra ID, Intune, MS Defender, and Atlas’ VOIP system

• Lead the evolution of the company’s design system • Design and maintain scalable components, tokens, patterns, and system documentation • Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality, performant libraries, tooling, and documentation • Champion accessibility, inclusivity, and localization within the design system • Advocate for high-quality design craft by raising visual and interaction standards • Enable and educate product teams through documentation, workshops, critiques, and hands-on collaboration • Mentor designers and influence the broader organization

• Lead coordination with customers to elicit and translate business needs into detailed functional requirements • Collaborate with development team to design and transition functional requirements into technical solution • Develop a trusting relationship with customers to better support the business areas on enhancement requests and system-related issues • Continuously explore new technologies to further facilitate discussions on how they could be used to make our processes more efficient • Test user stories and ensure all acceptance criteria is met • Work within an agile environment following sprint commitments and release schedules • Acts as a resource to help define the scope and objectives of moderately complex system-related projects • Creates, maintains and coordinates updates to moderately complex critical system data elements and configurable applications • Prepares end-user procedures and manuals and provides end-user training for moderately complex new or changed system functionality • Mentors and trains team members on technology, as well as best practices and standards
