Role Description As a Talent Business Advisor (TBA) Senior Associate at Crowe, you’ll play an integral role in supporting the execution of people-related initiatives and programs that enhance the employee experience across the firm. Reporting into the Talent Business Advisor team, this role supports the operational and logistical needs of key talent processes—helping ensure a consistent, efficient, and people-centered approach to talent delivery. You’ll collaborate with a range of stakeholders across the Talent Solutions team and business units to execute core HR functions such as onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce logistics. This position offers a unique opportunity to deepen your experience in talent operations while learning how HR strategy is implemented in a professional services environment. Key Responsibilities - Partner with Talent Business Leaders and Advisors to support the execution of core talent processes across the employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, performance management, rewards processes, and employee engagement initiatives). - Serve as the point of coordination for operational tasks such as Leaves of Absence (LOA), Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA), and relocations, working closely with relevant Talent Solutions and business leaders to ensure timely and accurate execution. - Act as a resource to employees and leaders by addressing routine talent-related inquiries and escalating complex matters as appropriate. - Collect, maintain, and prepare data and reports for review by the Talent Business Advisory and BU Operations teams. - Assist in identifying data trends or inconsistencies that may inform talent decisions or process improvements. - Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in all actions and communications. - Help drive awareness and understanding of talent programs through employee education and communication support. - Contribute to the implementation of firmwide and business-unit-specific talent programs by coordinating logistics, managing communications, and supporting the day-to-day project activities. - Partner with peers across Talent Solutions and the broader Talent function to ensure consistency and alignment in talent-related services and processes. Qualifications - Degree preferred but not required - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience required including prior HR experience required - Strong Excel experience, proficient in other MS Office 365 applications - Working knowledge of Chat GPT, Claude, or Copilot - Professional services experience especially in a Consulting environment is a plus - Workday experience a plus - Strong administrative and organizational skills - Uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship Requirements - The application deadline for this role is 08/31/2026. - In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. - Crowe is not sponsoring for work authorization at this time. - The wage range for this role is $59,500.00 - $118,000.00 per year. Role Description Specializing in providing consulting services to assigned client accounts and is responsible for the day-to-day account management for accounts of moderate to high complexity.
