• Ability to understand a complex client (ranging from Pre-IPO to Fortune 10) and their environment at a technical level in order to relate how Optro's platform can alleviate their challenges. • Engage with C-level prospects to position Optro's strategic value proposition and drive business development opportunities to closure • Participate in executive meetings and set forth plans to achieve sales growth, marketing objectives, sales headcount planning, etc. • Present a compelling demonstration of the Optro suite of products to clients tailored based on the client’s environment, either through an online or onsite meeting. • Mentor and cross-train internal resources and develop team members’ skills and expertise • Provide pro-active, trusted thought leadership to target accounts • Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships that will create new business opportunities

• Design, build, test, and maintain integrations with third-party platforms (PSAs, RMMs, identity providers) via REST APIs • Implement and troubleshoot OAuth and other auth flows across multiple integration partners • Design and debug background job processing (Sidekiq) for sync jobs at scale — including diagnosing flaky or slow jobs under real production load • Write/test code for back-end operations, monitor architecture performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues • Implement new features and integrations, and help improve existing ones • Perform systems analysis to maintain and control the use of computer systems software as a systems programmer • Revise, repair, or expand existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new integration partner requirements • Consult with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes • Compile and write documentation of program development and revisions, including code comments so others can understand the program • Consult with and assist computer operators or system analysts to define and resolve problems in running computer programs.

• Lead cloud solution strategy and technical discovery across public, private and hybrid environments • Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to design differentiated solutions • Conduct technical discovery workshops across AWS, Azure, GCP and hybrid workloads • Design cloud-connected architectures including SD-WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, interconnect and edge solutions • Produce high-quality solution designs, migration strategies and technical documentation • Partner with senior customer architects and engineering teams to shape scalable, secure solutions • Drive competitive positioning, clearly articulating GTT’s value and differentiation • Provide market insights to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap direction • Ensure architecture governance, accuracy and alignment with GTT’s cloud and network portfolio

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and challenges at a strategic level. • Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into innovative and future-proof technical solutions. • Generate and promote new concepts, principles, and methods within the solution architecture discipline. • Design and architect highly scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions, considering emerging technologies and industry best practices. • Select and integrate cutting-edge technologies (hardware, software, cloud) to build robust and efficient solutions. • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing solution effectiveness. • Lead presentations and discussions, effectively defending your proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of your designed solutions. • Identify opportunities for optimization within existing systems and propose innovative solutions to improve overall efficiency. • Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, actively evaluating and integrating them into your solution strategy. • Mentor junior Solution Architects and share your expertise by contributing to internal knowledge sharing initiatives.
